i dont have very much flow thtought the back chambers and was wondering how i can increase it ? (water seems to be stagnet)
i was thinking if i cut the top part of the 1st chamber off to get flow over the top ? instead of under the chamber.
would it help to go to a bigger pump ? just stock 1 now.
thanks

What size aquapod do you have?? I have a 24 gal and I replaced the stock pump which has 290gph with a RIO 1100 and it has 382gph and I very happy with it.. its a direct swap!! But I haven't tried cutting the plastic chambers yet.

Will the Maxi-Jets fit on the 24 gallon Aquapod??

MJ 1200's will fit into the 12 gallon aquapod chambers. I have one running my skimmer and it fits without any problems.

Pretty much.. The only thing I had to do was cut a small piece of 1/2" tubbing
to put on the outlet side of the Maxi-jet so the stock down tubbing would fit snug!!
