More Question about moving to a bigger tank.

I have a 29gal and a 100gal. I am gonna be moving everything from the 29gal to the 100gal. My only question is do i need to move one fish at a time and wait about a week or two and then move the next one. I only have 2 fish....a small huma huma trigger and a small sailfin tang. Both are only about 1.5 inches. So far i have added a clean up crew and my Coral Banded Shrimp. Everything is ready with the 100gal just dont want my fish to die doing the transition. Also do i need to acclimate them also....i am pretty sure i need to just wanna make sure.

Yes do acclimate them, unlesse you used a lot of your old water where the huma huma nad the tang used to be.

A week? I would just drip accumliate them like it says on the site.

Just acclimate them real slow take a couple of hours before you release them. I would add both at once.
