More respectible setup...

So I took much of your (bb's) advice and have "revampted" my setup. Now I'm looking for more suggestions.
My 38g sprung a leak this week so I bought a new 45? (12x36x24/231 right?) I've setup a Solar II Compact Flo light (2x36W w/ fans) and now have 2 301 Powerheads, 1 402 Powerhead, 1 Penguin 170, 30lbs LR, 20lbs LS. Running around my tank are 5 Turbo snails, 5 red leg hermit crabs, 1 coral banded shrimp and 2 blue/yellow damsels. The tank is only 48hrs old, but it's the same LR/LS/H20 from the old tank w/ a 25% water change. The old tank was up 6weeks.
My goal is for Reef/Fish. What do you think?

For a sand bed 4 inches is a prefered depth. 20 lbs is short of that. Adding the sand will most likely result in a diatom bloom. Mine lasted 7-10 days. You should start to see them comming any day now. Don't worry any though they will pass.
