I have been tossing and turning as to whether or not to move my tank.
I am trying to find the easiest way to do so. I want to drain the water (and fish) , slide the tank and stand across the room, and lift the tank into its new location, a few inches higher. I would like to keep all the rock and coral, sand, everything in place, Except for the sponge which cannot touch air, then refill quickly.
Think it is possible? it is 180 gallon tank. I know it will be extremely heavy with the rock and sand, but is it possible? I also know the tank can crack if tweaked the wrong way. Can it be done.?
I must do something to make maintenance easier. Getting it away from the wall is a must! what would you do?
