Hey folks, I havent been here in a while, had to even get a new name, didnt remember the last one. Real quick background about me. I have had my 125 G FOWLR tank for about 5 yrs now, moved from my parents place and bought a house so gave away all my fish as I knew I wouldnt be taking care of them. Finnaly was able to move the aquarium into my new place, built it into my wall between the kitchen and Den so I can see from one room to another. It looks amazing but I am waiting patiently..umm impatiently for the cycle to be done, going on 3wks now nitrates are at 20ppm no sign of ammonia anymore. I will follow with pictures soon.
Here is the question I wanted to put out there. I have had aggressive setups and also docile ones, I am really interested in the powder blue tang. All research I have done on it states that it is a "moderatly" easy fish to keep. Any ideas on if I should wait until the tank matures a few months before adding him? When I moved the aquarium, I kept my 150 lbs of LR and 100lbs of sand/crushed coral with about half the water.
Any ideas would be appreciated thanx
