I am one for not watching movies....rarely will i ever sit and watch one unless forced or i actually think ones looks good enough to go spend 7-8 dollars on....and for this matter, i have taken the decision to come to you today with my movie reccomendatiosn. I only have a couple right now, but as i sit and watch a series i feel the need to tell you all to watch it..
1. Band of Brothers---I first watched this series my sophmore year of college, and now starting to watch it again...what an amazing set to watch, and definitely should be watched by all...there is violence of course, it is a war movie after all....but nontheless, it is a great one to watch.
2. Road to Perdition--One of my favorite movies....if you have watched it before...for some reason the piano scene just amazes me everytime i watch it....what a movie.
3. Lord of the Rings-- come on, mystical wonders, battles, amazing movies
This is all i feel like posting as of now, i must return to part II of Band of Brothers. ***)
Feel free to post movies you recomment or do not recommend.
9 times out of 10 i won't watch it anyways, but others may(but i may have already anyways).

my roommate and i are movie gurus. between the two of us, we have almost any movie you need (except the fall -in-love type movies). we have about 500 dvds. between this hobby and the dvds, i dont have much $$ left over! haha.
but my suggestions are...
1. Boondock Saints (amazing, but if you cant handle blood, be careful)
2. Trainspotting. (one of ewan mcgregor's earlier films, you have to watch with captions, as their scottish accent is sometimes hard to follow)
3. Hero (another one you have to watch w/ captions, unless you understand mandarin chinese!)
and these roundout my suggestions!
