I'm moving in a couple of weeks and I'am only moving a block away from my house I was wondering what is the best way of moving the fish without a casualty :notsure:

I helped my friend move his 55 gallon reef tank across town. He got about five 5 gallon buckets with lids and a 50 gallon plastic garbage can. Filled each bucket about halfway full with his tank water and put all of his corals, fish and inverts in them. He put the rest of the water into the garbage can and put his live rock in it (left the sand and a little bit of water in the tank). Put everything in the back of a pickup truck and hauled it to his new house. Then set everything back up. Only took about an hour. We had to move quick because it was in the middle of summer and almost 100 degrees. Just have a plan and it will go smooth and fast.
