Moving an tank

Just bought a tank 200 miles from home 45gal with 100 lbs LR and 100 lbs LS. How would i move these items this far, i could do the drive in about 2.5 hours but should the rock stay under water to prevent die off, and i live up in Maine and its cold up here. I have to try and do this price was to good to pass up ......$300.00 for skimmer, filters and everything bringing home and add everthing to my 125g in wall tank. Any suggestions???? I would keep the LR in water. You could take some large Rubbermaid totes to put water and rock in. If you have a 12volt converter you could take a heater with you to keep the water warm. Good luck with the trip, I agree you got a great deal!
