moving anenome

how do you get an anenome off the rock and into a new tank? he wont get off the tank and i dont want that rock in the tank (glass anenomes all over it)

I usually blow a lot of water towards the anmone, it usually hates having direct water flow hitting it, and will start to move. Then it should swell up with water and should be easy to get him off the rock.
