Help I need to bake down my FOWLR tank. Can I just put my live rock in a bucket for a couple day. And will it kill my coraline growth on it. Also Shold I put it out side to get some sun light. Any information will be very helpful.

If you are going to take the rock out for a couple of days the best way would be to put the rock in a large container (new garbge can or small childs wading pool) with enough aquarium water to cover them.
Add a couple of power heads for water movement, airstone and if needed a small heater. Keep the rock in a low light area (out of direct sunlight) and it should be fine. If you left it sitting out dry too much stuff would die off and when you put it back in the aquarium it would result in a large ammonia spike.

you want to replicate the tank environment as much as possible otherwise your rock with try to re-cure.

1. Tub with power heads and submerged rock
2. Light like the tank was
3. Heating is not so much asn issue as long as it doesn't go down below 65 degrees
Should be fine.
