Moving: remove sand or not?

I will be moving my 29g tank in about 3 days. I was wondering if I should leave the sand (sugar size) in the tank or scoop it all out. I am worried that if I move the sand around too much that I will disrupt the bacteria and spike the trates when I set it up again.
Any comments are welcome

I'd take it out to lighten the tank up and it'll reduce the chances of the tank cracking as well

Wet sand will sure put a strain on the bottom of your tank...

I too would remove the sand.... it could crack your tank.
