Moving soon.....HELP!!

I am moving in about a month, and would really appreciate any advice that you all could give me on how to tear down and set up my tank, and how to transport all my livestock without stressing everything too much. I am halfway counting on losing one or two things in this move, but would like to keep any losses to a minimum.
My set up is a 37 gallon cube. I have a few fish, and a few different types of corals....mostly soft, and lps.
Appreciate any feedback and advice!

How far are you moving? Transport the fish and inverts in tubs. Will you be able to mix up some new water at the new place ahead of time? Keep the rocks, sand, and filter media submerged in water. Does everything have to go at once or will you have time to set a temporary tank up at the new place first?

Not sure yet how everything will come together as far as timing goes. I'm counting onhaving to do everything all at once though. I won't be moving far, so that's a good thing.
I guess I'm more concerned about pulling all of the water out, and disturbing the sand bed. Will that create a new cycle when I start things back up again?

It could, but if your rock is mature then it will have enough bacteria to handle it quickly. You don't really have to remove the sand. You do have to remove the water, but you can leave JUST enough to keep the sand wet. I moved my 55 that way and it did not cause the tank to re-cycle.
