Moving tank question.

Will my LR be ok in a new 55gal garbage can for 2 days with a powerhead, heater? Also i am going to store my fish,inverts and corals for 2 days i na 29gal, can i just use some old tank water with some LR and a small filter and be ok for 2 days? ( also a heater, pump, lights and filter?)

Sounds good to me, but if you can shorten the stay in the temporary quarters, that would be better. Be sure to rinse your new garbage can thoroughly and don't use any chemicals on it (no soap or other).

yupper ... thats sound safe to me.. but shorter is better.. but it should work..

I can probably do it in a day but i am worried about nitrates and ammonia going up. What about keeping them in a new cooler overnight, would that be better?
