Moving to a bigger tank..

I have a 72 bow tank. I am purchasing a 125. How should I go about switching everything over to the 125. I have a purple tang. That I love to death. Do Not want to lose him!! Salfin Red sea tang, clown, green mandrin goby, fire file fish. 70 lbs in live rock. Will using the water from the 72 and the live rock make the 125 cycle right away to switch the fish over?? I have a feeling the answer is no? What should I do??? Thanks for any help!!

Rena XP3 Canister 175 GPH
CPR pak Skimmer
70 lb. live rock
2 power heads
9 watt uv sterilizer
Purple tang, Red sea salfin tang, Clown,
Green spotted goby, file fire fish?
Tank has been up since May 01'

I just switched from a 55 to a 75 and added a wet dry filter.I used the water and rock from my 55 and also put the canister filter back on it.I was told to leave it on for at least a month.So far ive been doing fine (only a week though).My purple tang loves the new swimming room.
