Moving

Anyone have suggestions on moving a 30 gallon tank with some clowns and fire shrimp live sand and live rock? we are moving roughly 5 miles. i don't have anyhting to cycle new water or anyhting. do i just transport the old water in buckets and reset everytin gup?

Get some 5 gallon bucket for you fish,lr, and sand. Get a new clean trash can and put the rest of your water in it. I moved 300 miles and did this and all went perfect. Your cycle will not be lost because everything is the same. Just don't fill you trash can too full where you can't lift it with a buddy.. Oh and put your filters and bip wheels, if you have any, in the water also.
