Need some help and Ideas on moving my 90 gal. I know there are some posts here on the subject but would like to ask people that have moved tanks before some questions and ideas on the moving part.
Basicly I am going to move it here at work till we build another house. So it is only going to move maybe 20 mins away. My thoughts are using 48 quart coolers to put the rock in with tank water and mix up new water for the move. Leave maybe an inch of water and all the sand in the tank. I am nervous about the stress on the seals of the tank with that much weight on the bottom. Is there a way to save the sand and get it out without cause some huge crash?
What about the dsb in the sump do i leave the sand , just not sure the sump could handle that much none support weight without leaking.
