moyers red draggonets

Does anybody have any experience w these guys? Are they just a rarer form of a scooter blenny? Any info is appreciated

Remember, Neosynchiropus moyeri has red bars on the tail and on its eyes the stellatus dragonet does not.

Ah very good, its body was a deepish red w black and white markings aswell. It was a nice looking fish, plump for a draggonet. If i was able to find prawn roe at this time I prob would have gotten it. I only have a smidge left. Its great to get them eating at first.

Cyclops or red plankton would be another route to go food wise. When I had a scooter I got him to eat cyclops, he got real plump off of it.

Hmm that I can usually find. All my mandys and scooters now eat frozen mysis, but I could try the cyclop w them

I shall see. The lfs I saw it at has had it since feb, it was fairly well filled out. Iam guessing the cost may have kept people away idk. 42 didnt seem bad
