I know you have the Quite One...so tell me how to outfit the plumbing....and be very specific! LOL

Hey Beth! I ran all new plumbing in my house a few years back and figured I was cool for the sump in the new 90 gallon this past Tuesday. I got it all done and was so proud until the leak test. My fitting were all perfect. The leak came from the bulkhead fitting. I PUT THE RUBBER GROMMET ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE FITTING, THE BOTTOM. I had to go buy a whole new accessory kit $50 for two new bulkhead fittings. What an idiot. Have a nice day.

From the bulkhead on the sump, you will need a short section of hose that fits over the bulkheas,,and goes to the pump.Attach this hose to the fitting that comes straight out of the end of the pump. Then you will need another section of hose to run from the other fitting on the pump,up to the tank(this is your return).I used regular radiator hose clamps on all these fittings...But first you should figure out where to put the pump.I have mine behind the sump, sitting on the floor of the cabinet, directly under the overflow...You should have it as close to the sumps output as you can,but still leave enough hose so you can pull the pump up for inspection if needed. If you cut the hose(sump to pump) too short, this can NOT be done.Once all the fittings, and connections are done, you can fill it up,and fire up the system.Have some extra salt mix ready in case you need to top off the sump after the system balanses out...LET ME KNOW HOW IT WORKS OUT...

You have to have a sump for this? What about running it directly to-from the tank.
