i checked out that webpage, who are the ballasts made by?? how do they compair to pfo ballasts

All mine are just the plain ole' Advance TAR ballast's.Even the MH ones.I have had NO problems with them at all.I'm not sure about the pfo's,but for the money,you can't go wrong with the Advance....
