On your spray bar, how far apart did you space the holes. And also, is the pressure equal throughout the bar or does it lose pressure toward the end. If so then how did you adjust so the water flow was the same at each hole?
And did you just run a splitter off of your overflow feed so that you would have three lines feeding your sump? If not how did you do that?

I know I am not Mr.Salty but, I asked him about his spraybar and he filled me in; the holes are 1/4 inch and I put mine 4 inches apart (he didnt specify). My pump sends the same pressure to all of the holes and it works great.

The way I dealt with the pressure is to drill the holes till the pressure drops at the end. Once you notice this drop in pressure you know that you are not restricting the flow. As for the three hoses,my overflow has three lineouts, two 1 1/4" lines out,and one 1" line. It's a monster.

Thank you for the info, once again you have been very helpful. Now all I gotta do is figure out this lighting stuff and that will be the end of my research. Soon to come, my 125. Well in another 6 months or so.
