multiple clowns

I have a 80 gallon with a clarke clown right now and want to add some other types of clowns but somewhere in this forum i read something about two clowns fighting is this true?

its very true, turn that 80 into 800 gallons and you could probably get by with 2 different kinds, maybe 3 other then that one type will die, clarkies, maroons, and cinimon clowns should never be mixed with other breeds of clowns

you can get 1 other clarki, buy one that is much smaller then your current one, if the one you have now is pretty small you should wait awhile till it grows up more and then buy a smaller one

if you can find one about half her size buy it, but untill you can find one half her size dont put another one in with her
clarkis are fairly mean, not as mean as my maroons but mean still (maroons and cinimin clowns are the meanist)
notice when you put the new one in the bigger one will beat on it for awhile and she might even tear his fins up, that is there way of doing things and should be observed as sometimes the female will just kill him anyways (see people i always told you females where mean!)

You don't ... all clownfish are males. There are no females unless you have a true mated pair (1 larger than the other being the larger one turned into female)

ok now what about other clowns like percs could you put true and false in the same tank or like onyx and t/r occelaris or picasso?
