Multiple questions about my tank.

I have a few questions so here they are.
1. I have a rough coral substrate, can I buy a little bit of live sand and dump it into that? or put it on top?
2. I love hifin cardnals, but I am not having good luck with them, should I be taking really good close care of them, or are they pretty hardy?
3. My anemonie finally attached!!! He is sitting on a small rock in the corner. Can I move the rock a little, or will he be upset and de-attach?
4. I have 2 clowns, 1 blue damsel, 4 blue leg hermits, and a long tenticle anomie. I want to put something new in, what should I get?
5. I don't have a protien skimmer, should I really save up and invest in one? is it worth it?
6. Will a blenny be able to sift my substrate if I have a crushed coral? or will it be to big for him?
Thanks for the help.:D

I would try and take out as much CC as possible, and then add sand.

They are supposed to be hardy.

How big is your tank? If its over a 30 gallon, I would look at firefish, gobys, 6-Line Wrasse, pygmy angels, dottybacks and royal grammas, to name a few. Under 30, your probably at your limit for now.

I just set one up... its pulling out a lot of stuff, and I would reccomend one with an anemone. But, if you keep your fish level low and do weekly water changes, it will probably be fine. I did great without one for 10 months.

i would not move the rock it usually takes them some time to find a place they are happy with your anemone picked that spot for a reason
