could it also be the default size on the camera? my size is 640x480. i can make it larger. would that help?

hey nemo... im sorry i wasnt around lol so no more bumping necessary! lol
anyways i think as u crop and make it bigger u do lose clarity cuz ur camera didnt capture it that clear at that close of a level in the first place so the lines start to get ragged and blurry ....
your first picture looks awesome.....
if u want a nicer close up u have to take a closer picture the first time and crop it....
i have my camera set on high resolution which is 2288X1712.... the lowest resolution is 640x480.....
yeah so making it larger should deffinately help.... the more pixels the more clarity and quality of the picture allowing u to crop in closer without losing detail....
try it out!

ok i'll try. in spring!! LOL. i dont have corals and there is not a single flower left in my whole neighborhood. i might just go to a fish store and take some pics. thanks
