I have had the same GSM clownfish for almost a year. He has hosted a power head, an overflow box and for the last few months my Hairy mushrooms. Today when the lights came on i noticed my largest mushroom was closed up like it was having itself something to eat, no big deal i thought...then i noticed my clownfish was missing
after looking everywhere in the tank and feeding the tank, still no trace. then i got the thought what if he is in the mushroom...fish 2-3" - mushroom 7". could never happen, the fish is much to fast. i spent the next few hours watching football while keeping one eye on the tank for the mushroom to open back up thinking that it could never happen. then the mushroom started to open, i watched it for the next 15 minutes or so and slowly it started to reveal my clownfish, lying motionless on the mushroom.
Has anyone else ever had this happen?
