Mushroom Lighting

I have a 29 gal with 22 watt NO bulb ,not much. what kind of corals could i get, any shrooms? sorry i posted at new hobbyists but not getting answers there so, please help.

You should be alright with shrooms but that is about it.

I keep these beauties under 340watts of VHO&NO in my 90g. They were in the corner of my LFS tank getting about 0 light. When I bought them the looked all brownish red, in 1 day under my light they look like this.
