Mushroom on the loose.

The other day I accidentaly nocked over my conlony of hairy mushrooms and some of the coriline cracke. The next day I had a mushroom attached to coriline algae foating in the current. Well instead of buying epoxy can I find a spot on the rock and the mushroom will attach to the rock?

Yes, place the rock in an area of low current or other wise shelter the shroom from the current and place it where you want it to attach. It should in 1 to 3 days. If you are unable to find a place of low current or shelter there are other ways to keep them still until they attach. Placing a glass or netting over the shroom to shelter or hold it in place.
