mushrooms detatching?

I've had some mushroom corals for about a year. They have been in the same location the whole time. Lately they are starting to detatch and drift around the aqarium. Water is testing out fine but is this a sign of something being wrong? My MH bulbs are over a year old could this be the problem?

Check your water flow, if the flow is to strong from underneath them, they will tend to detach and drift till they attach somewhere else, move the whole rock somewhere else, or adujst the amount of water hitting them. hope this will help. good luck

That is also how they reproduce. When they move they leave a "footprint" that will grow a new shroom. At least that's what I was told on here.
