What is everyone's experience with selling back ricodea mushrooms to lfs do they give fair price?I hope it is ok to ask this question

it depends on the LFS. one near me sells one orange ric for 35. another one was selling a rock of like 7-8 for 55. although the color wasnt the best, but they should color up. i wasnt able to get the money together in enough time. and during a group buy with my LFS club, i bought a green ric for 6 bucks, and at one point they were selling oranges for 8.

Are they indeed orange? The pic looks a little pinky.

More brown and the hairy things are green

not realy. i love pinks and purples in my tank :hilarious
PS: are you sure those are rics? it jsut may be the time of day or the pick, but they look a little more like hairies to me

They look like Rhodactis not Ricordea.

yeah, thats what i was thinking wax. still some nice mushrooms none the less.

What's the difference in the two?

they are just different species and familys. both mushrooms, just different. hairie mushrooms tend to get a lot larger and well, look different too.

I talked to my guy at the lfs and he is going to give me store credit for some he even gave me abunch of small pieces of lr to attach some
