mushrooms

should mushrooms be away from mh or close to the lights?the one on the bottom seem to open more then the ones up to please help

i have mine towards the top of my tank. they love it, open up way more there maybe it depends on the mushroom

i would guess that one it depends on the shroom and two give it time let them adapt to the stronger light.

keep them at the bottom...mine does the same thing...mine even open up better when i place them in the shade..i guess mh lighting is too bright for them...my rics even moved into the shade on its own. i have 2x250mh on a 90g..

Mushrooms prefer low light. They can get used to higher lighting but like the dim areas best.
