Upgraded lighting to 64w from 54w added second cooling fan temp arouind 82 what can i do aside from chiller and higher volume pump? Worried cause i have 8 or 9 corals n there and dont want anything to happen 2 them.

Put an external fan blowing on the tank and on the surface of the water.That should help out your temp problems a ton!

Tank has canopy on it so it would be hard to get a fan blowing on the waters surface.

Could you cut a vent in the hood and add another fan to pull cool air in? Without removing the hood or adding a chiller more fans is about the only option unless you can cool the room temperature around it.
