My 24 gal Aquapod HQI 150 arrived..

Well my AP 24 HQI 150 arrived. I have to order some other stuff to set it up. I am starting all over after a 10 year hiatus from SW setups. Actually no aquariums for that amount of time. I am looking forward to getting it set up and running. Will be adding live sand and about 25 - 30 lbs of of LR to get it cycling.

Are you running the glass top on it? Are you having heat issues at all?

No, I keep my glass top off. My temp gets up to about 81.2 During the day its at about 79.5 I run my lights from 6pm till about 12pm. That way, the heat of the day is over. I will buy a chiller but need to save for that so for the mean time, I plan on adding a fan over the water.
