How'd the maxima acclimate. Beautiful clam. I would think about spending alot of money on a sps coral but I have no guarantee that it will live, even though odds are if treated right it will. That doubt keeps my money in my pocket instead of on those rare items....dang my conscience.
WOWSERS! Thats a beauty, yep yep. Thats a beauty. Wat type of filtration u running? I think I see a prizm skimmer, a fuge, and some type of hang on? Is that just carbon? I like yer lights too, though they must have cost u a fortune. Nice job though.
Nice aquarium. How does your sand stay so clean? I have scarlet hermits and a variety of snails. Little pieces of the live rock are always falling off. Between the sand and the glass looks bad too.
To be truthful I have lost one thing that I have purchases...cross my fingers. Key is to be patient.
I have 3 powerheads...a carbon filter and yes a prism. The fuge is to the side.
Yeah I bought the lights....with an arm and a leg. I just dont have the time to build them and prefer the look of the hood instead of pendents.
Thanks for the compliments!
I have noticed a difference since i have bought two queen conches to be truthful. The are constantly cleaning the sand. Other then that I just have the algae growth under control for right now.
I was afraid the queen conches would get too big so I bought the fighting conches. I don't have a problem with algae except between the glass and the sand. Sorry to hijack this thread but I really liked how clean your sand looked.
I have actually bought everything online.
I went to Moby

a couple times but I just never saw anything there...might purchases some fish there...but I have been focusing on corals and clams more. I just got 2 more clams today in the mail... I haven't lost one coral from the place I order from so I stick with them. Neotrin17@aol.com if you wanna know anything else.
