Hey All, I've had my tank for along time, and have slowly added corals. Now I want to add more. I would like to hear any comments/suggestions that you all might have. I would really like to add some colorful additions. Not many fish because my yellow tang is a brute/bully, and no new additions survive his wrath. Sorry if the pics are not the greatest, I am new to this. Thanks!

Looks pretty colorful already..Nice coralline!. What kind of lights determine the corals..What have you got?
What color would you like to add? Do you want something that covers a large area? Mushrooms add lots of color and there are lots of variety to choose from. I like star polyps, and xenia which are very easy to keep and they spread.
Then there are the really pretty SPs corals...the chili coral is bright red and sea fans in purples and yellows..Sponges add lots of color.
Whole books have been written on what corals you can have.

Thanks. I actually run t-5 and compact lights. 4.9wpg. I would like to add some yellow, blue, maybe orange. I have already decided on blue mushrooms, my red ones are the size of sand dollars! I dont want anything that spreads too quick though. Thanks.

Orange sponges are really cool and they don't spread, and they grow slow. I am looking for some yellow myself...I know sea fans come in yellows but so far all I can find available are the purples.

an orange sponge? that might work! I was also thinking of a purple branched montipora? I have so much pink already, and would like to keep a little of it showing. Thats another reason why I havent covered all my rock with coral, I thought that it was nice the way it looks. Thanks for the suggestions.
