My water tested fine, I did find out I had a dead powerhead so that could've been most of the problem. I have HO T5's so the lighting should be sufficient.
By answering the questions that were listed in your other thread about a dying anemone, it would help to determine if your tank is ready to sustain another one for an extended amount of time.

A bad powerhead is not the problem.. Im about 95% sure of that..
Your water tested okay? What do you consider okay?What size tank what wattage of t-5's how many bulbs..Individual reflectors? tank mates? or even what kind of nem..
I sure these have all been mentioned somewhere else but not here..
