my anemone is stuck !!

my anemone is stuck in the basket of my filter tube i shut off my filter and tried gently to move him ..but he's stuck like glue !

..any suggestions

just let it be, it will move on its own

I agree, if you pull it it may tear and injure it worse. Try to give it time to work itself out of the predicament. :happyfish
