my anemone needs help

i bought i rose tip anemone about 2 weeks ago. I have a 20g with 155w pc lighting and no skimmer but will be moving soon and setting up a 75g reef. I just feed my anemone 2 days ago and today a see 2or 3 pieces of the anomone on the bottom of the tank. the pieces are bright red. what is going on

How did you acclimate it?
What are the water paramiters?
Are there any preditors in the tank that may go after the anemone?
Are the peices from the tip/tentacle or from the column?

I acclimated by floating him for 45 mins and dripping water every 15 mins.i dont know what my water paramites are because i packed my test kit away. i do 4g water change every week
