my brand new setup 100g tank

I finally put everything together.
Here is my setup for reef:
130#LR(50% from SWF), 80#LS (from SWF), 60#sugar sand
Aqua Clear 150 W/D filter with skimmer.
Two 250W MHs 12K, four 65W actinic PCs, 2 cooling fans
AQ6000, Rio 3100 pumps, 3 power heads
Is there anything else I need? Is Calcium Reactor a must? It's too expensive I can't afford it now. Im thinking about a fuge.

Looks great already! Do you leave your water level down like that all the time?

yes, that the highest water level I can get using the over flow came with pro150 filter. I'm gonna set up an auto top off real soon.

you should be able to turn a couple screws and adjust the part of the overflow that is in your tank up a bit to raise the water level.
by the way, you did an absolutely awesome job on the rock aquascaping. looks just like a real reef.
great start on what pormises to be an excellent tank!

Yep, I did move the over flow all the way up, and that the max. I think it's good enough (only 1/2" off the top). That little space gives room for the returns make some waves.
