My BTA is starting to look more darker? Is this bad? I have metal halides 150watt 14gal tank. It isnt as colorful as it was though because it looks more browner, and it has not expanded as much as it used to. The first week it looked really nice, and the 3rd week, its lot darker in color and a lil smaller. I feed it every other day.

a lot of the times, when the lfs has an anemone, they are bleached. bleached anemones are more asthetically pleasing but unhealthy. a bright white anemone is prettier to the eye than a duller, browner (aka a natural and healthy) anemone. your anemone turning brown under your hallides is a good sign. i have a bta and its split 3 times and its brown. hope this helps
