My chiller is leaking...

I have a polarbear cc25 chiller. It is leaking. The in and out tubes are leak free so what do you think is causing this? Do you think it is easily fixable?

if the chiller is working to hard it will freeze up causing a crack to happen where the water froze. It will then defrost and do it over again. This is due to to much of a drop down or the wrong chiller size. This is one reason drop ins work so well.
