My clown has a white bump

I have a clown fish that has a white bump. it looks like a piece of coral. Maybe he brushed up against the coral and got a piece stuck in his scales! Is this possible? If so can I catch him in the net and take tweezers and take it out? I am VERY new to this. I also have had ich for 2 weeks. My longnose butterfly brought it into the tank and died on Monday. My powder blue tang also has it but it is getting better. I treated my tank 85 gallons with ich cure for 7 days and it did nothing, now I am treating it with copper since the 19th and it is looking better. i take a copper test everyday and it has been at .15, I also did a 20% water change on the 19th, my ammonia is .25 (that was after I added the copper) ph.7.8, nitrate 0ppm, and salt 1.014. temp 80 degrees. I do not have a hospital tank, I am going to set one up after this, won't that also take 6 weeks to cycle? My other fish are a squirrel, yellow tang, horseshoe crab, a large piece of coral, I have a filter off the back of the tank, and Amiracle system with the blue bioballs under the base. The owner of the pet store is very helpful, but I feel like a pest constantly asking questions, everyday it's something new. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

Well, this is certainly a MESS.
By "coral" do you mean dead coral or live coral?? If it is alive, it will be dead soon. Corals cannot tolerate copper or any other kind of medication, but most especially copper. The horseshoe crap should be exposed to copper either. Fish medications can only be used for FISH, not any other types of creatures. If you have Live Sand or Live Rock, it will soon be dead too.
Please explain more about your tank setup. Is it Fish Only, Fish Only with Live Rock, Live Sand, reef, what?? Tell us what your substrate is and what is "alive" in your tank.

The coral is dead. I have a dead sand bottom and fish only with one horseshoe crab that has been burying himself in the sand, I poke him everyday and he moves, not as active as the first couple of days after I purchased him.No reef, live rock, coral or sand.
thanks Gen
