My clown looks like it has an open sore

hey there, i just got a clown, for about a week now. Everything is doing good so far, but in the past couple days i've notice that it has an open sore on its chin, near the lip. Is this some sort of disease? or is it just bumping into something? It seems to be eating fine, i feed it a mix of formula 2 flakes, and frozen mysis shrimp. Both are soaked in Garlic Xtreme before feeding.

here is the best picture i can get, the fish is always moving around so its hard to take a good one. Right now its the only one in the tank. I got my water tested at the LFS, so far ammonia is 0, nitrite and nitrrate are both at 0, but my ph is at like 7.9 and SG is at 1.022 temperature is at 76 but it can get high during the day, to about 84 and i cool it down using ice(2 liter soda bottle frozen)

okay heres some further updates on my clown, since yesterday hes been swimming really sluggish, and today he wouldn't eat. I fed him some mysis shrimp with garlic xtreme and he only ate like 1-4 shrimps and that was it. Please if anyone know whats going on let me know =(

go look at fish health/diseases it will help
i can't see in pic and am not a big help

It is probably a bacterial infection.

IMO, the 8 degree temperature swings everyday can't be doing it any good.

But that wouldn't cause something like that its a bacterial infection IMO
