my clownfish tank setup-does it work?

i am getting a 30 gallon tank for a pair of clownfish. i will use a box filter.no protien skimmer.4 peppermint shrimp.10 turbo snails.1 scarlet hermit.1 blue leg hermit.lots of deco.150 watt internal heater.live rock and sand. Is there anything wrong or missing in the settup?

Get it least 30# of live rock and aim for 4" of fine sand in your bed if no skimmer. Be sure to go with 10% water changes weekly as well.
Other than that, sounds good!
