My clowns are dead !!!!!!!!!

Unless it wasnt acclimated properly and is dying off itself. More info is needed to help you further. Water chemistry, post actual readings, trates, trites, alk, pH, amonia, temp and salinity. Also if all of these things are on target you still could be dealing with chemical warfare by your anem. Somthing you cant test for but maybe happening with a neigbhoring coral or other occupant.

I agree with perfectdark....Sounds Like chemical warfare. Are there any other corals nearby the new anemone? Are any of the clowns getting close to it?
