My find for the weekend!!!

Well after hours on the phone calling ever kind of place I could trying to find Scorpion or Wasp fishes. And getting ready to pull out my hair!!!!!!!!!!! I came across a place that had this lil guy.. I am still in a state of shock that I found him.. They said oh we have a red and pink Scropion.. So I thought ohh what is a lil drive its only 50miles one way so hubby and I drove down and when I saw what it was I about had a heart attack!! I am in heaven!!! This is not the best of photo but it is a photo.
I will have to take some better ones later this week. But I had to share this!!! Eeeee I am like a lil kid at Disney Land for the 1st time..

Nice Eschy!
Since the fish store didn't know what he had, did you get a good deal on him?

Thank you!! Truthful I am not sure if he really knew but we got him for 150.00 which I thought was a killer deal...
VERY nice deal for a sweet fish. Its lower lip is in great condidtion too (they often get "bag rub" during shipping).
Keep the progress and pix coming.

Well hello there beautiful! He'll take a while to colour up, but ours changes colours all the time. It's a new fish every day. The frondosa doesn't do it like the eschy.
Is he keeping his mouth open like that alot? He could just be "puffing up" because he's not use to you yet.

Yea he had a tiny bump that I noticed but it has pretty much cleared up looks like.. I will keep pics coming ;) He will be the only one in our tank.. After my last mess.. And the whole tank crashing I cant do it anymore. So he will be alone lol...

His color is getting better everyday!!! He is a pink/purple today. As far as his puffing up he is getting better. He only dose it if I get right up on the glass of the tank now. Other then that he just sits and chills... I will have to take some photos and post them!!!!
