My First BTA

I got my first BTA yesterday. He is very adorable and I want to take the best possible care of him. I am wondering what I should feed him. I hear Mysis shrimp & Formula 1. Which is better? Or a combination of the two?

Good quality lights will do wonders with a nice little piece of meat (silversides, shrimp...) every couple of weeks.

I have VHO's and a 55g tank. He's about 1/2 way up, so only about 6 inches from the lights. He had bubbles this AM :cheer:
