cant help you unless you tell us more about your system.
How long has the tank been running?
how was the tank cycled?
how fast did you add the fish to the tank?
What is your lighting?
What test kits do you have?
and what does the color index say those readings are?

Your test kit should have instructions with it. They come with little cards that tell how many drops to use and they have a color scale on them. Just match the color in the test tube with the color on the card and that is your reading.
In order for us to help you we need more information. We need to know what you mean by "salt is good". Your specific gravity (salt) should be around 1.023-1.025.
What is your temperature? What kind of water do you use to top off your tank as it evaporates. Please provide as much information as possible.

I think we'd all like to help, but we need more information!
Such as, what brand of test are you using
? Not trying to be rude, but you've asked for help a couple of times about this, yet still haven't provided the most important bit of information, despite repeated requests, what brand of tests are these??????
Without knowing that, there's little we can do to help you read them. I do know that on my Salifert ammonia test, yellow (And there's a couple of various shades of yellow) is fairly high in the positive range, as in there's significant ammonia . . . as for other tests, I can't tell you a thing.
There is no blue on the Salifert nitrate card, only magenta-ish colors . . . again, nothing I can offer.
Phrases like "good" and "I think is high" are too ambiguous.

Good point... On my test yellow on ammonia means that there is NO ammonia. It turns green if ammonia is present. So on my test yellow means "clean" but on your test it means "dirty".
We've done all we can until you get back to us and tell us what test kit you are using, etc.

What else is going on in your tank? Why do you say your fish are dying? Again, how old is this system and what size tank? A 25% water change to remove WHAT?

Okay, we know what livestock is in the tank. You say 1 live rock. What does that mean? How much live rock in poundage?
One other thing. uh, what size tank is it? I thing that is the big question.

25 percent water change may have not fixed the problem(s).
