My fish keep dying. HELP!

I can't figure out what is going on:confused: I have a 36 gal bowfront with a via aqua multi skimmer w/uv sterilizer. 20+lbs live rock, 30lbs live sand. All test readings are 0 except for nitrates which maintain a reading of 20 despite bi weekly water changes of 15%. PH is 8.2. Corals include a hammer, xenia (pulsing), green hairy shroom, some zoos, green star polyps, a bubble tip anenome that has split twice in two months, a plate coral, a red shroom and yellow polyps.
The tank is 2 months old. I test regularly so I know it has already cycled.
Seems everytime I try to put a new fish in it lasts maybe a few weeks and than disappears. I've tried percs (2), a hippo tang, Purple psuedichromis and green chromis (3). the only thing that has survived are the three green chromis I started with. I also have a lyretail anthias that is not looking to good these days and I am afraid he might be next on my hit list. I feed mysis shrimp and flake about every other day. alternating foods at each feeding. All of the corals are doing wonderful! Any ideas of what in the heck is going wrong with my fish? I see no real signs of obvious disease other than the last perc I lost got real pale and had heavy breathing before he died. The rest just seem to stop appearing and thats the end of them. I also have 2 emerald crabs and 5 turbo snails for a clean up crew. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I have a hard time explaining to my 3 year old daughter what happens to her fish.
Thanks in advance for your help!

When the fish looked pale did it look like a white film over the fish? Brooklynella could do that. Take a look at the picture in the Basic FAQ sticky at the top of this forum.
Any clicking sounds coming from your tank? If your fish just disappear I would also be concerned about predation (e.g. mantis shrimp).
I don't have many other ideas without more symptoms. I hope those help.
