My Fox Coral Wont Open ...

i have a 230G reef tank with an Arcadia Series 4 slimline light ( 3 150W 14,000K MH with 2 blue T5's ) ... i have around 30 corals , maybe more and they all are fully open and happy and looking great except for my Fox which it wont fully open . i have 2 anemones , 1 huge elegence coral, a hammer coral . 3 torch corals , flower pot coral . open brain coral . one leather coral . a couple of mushroom corals , 10 feather dusters .a green bubble coral. 2 stony corals . 1 disk coral . 1 purple clam , 2 sea fans .2 branchin hammer corals .and some others .... they ALL are ok but the FOX isnt . it wont open ... it was in the middle with medium flow and mid to strong light but i moved it to the sand . any suggestions why its not openning ??? and my parameteres are ok .

How long have you had this coral? New corals take time to bloom ( I assume you know this)
What are the nitrate readings? They don't care for nitrates over 10
This coral likes defused light (plenty of light but not directly on it) and mild/gentle constant water flow.
Moving it around will make it withdraw like it is a new coral, so don't touch it unless you have to.

my NO3 is around 12 .i have it for about a week ... just have to put it in a different placce ... not much space left though
