MY frogfish

Well my frogfish is about 4 months old and i recieved it at maybye 2 inches and its STILL 2 inches..............am i not feeding it right?
i feed it:
silversides
krill
jumbo shrimp from the store
pellets everynow and then
live ghost shrimp
he is in a 40 gallon all alone with one chunk of lr with a WHOLE bunch of mushrooms and other softies..........

I don't really know how fast they grow . But I believe they only get to be about 4" right ? So it could take a while . There are also frogs that stay about 2-3" right ? Maybe its as big as its going to get .
Sure would like to see pictures though .
