My killer clownfish

I have a 35gallon hex tank. I have about 40 lb of Marshal Island live rock, 20 lbs of live sand. I have a small-medium Percula clown. He is very healthy and is really cool. The problem is I have been unable to keep anything else in the tank with him. He kills everything I put in the tank. Here is his murder victim list so far: <1> A Perc that was put in at the same time <2> Royal gramma that was in the tank first <3> small pygmy angel <4> a Cleaner shrimp <5> a blue damsel <6> two green chromis. Now I did not have all these fish at the same time. I have been trying to just add one or two so there is some more action in the tank but I am careful to not overstock. Water levels test fine by me and my lfs. No Ammo, verly low Nitrite, low nitrate. Ph is good, Salinity is good. These fish were definetly killed by my Perc. I hate to get rid of him because he is the only fish I have been able to keep alive and I really do like him. Does anyone have any suggestion of fish that I can buy that may surviv the harassment but won't kill my Perc?
Thanks.

2 thoughts for ya...
1) Try rearranging the rockwork right before you put the new fish in. Clowns can get territorial, and rearranging the rocks might help. Then add the new fish at night, when the perc should be sleeping.
2) Trade/Give the perc to an LFS in exchange for another. Ethically, it's up to you whether or not you tell the LFS why you are getting rid of yours. Personally, I would... plus, trading a perc for a perc would look suspicous.
